Do I have to create an account to shop with you?

How do I place an order on Beauty Face?
Ordering on Beauty Face is easy and safe. Once you have found the product you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to bag" icon and follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be finalised until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card and payment information.
Are my card details and personal information safe?
Where do I enter my discount code when shopping?
First, make sure that you are logged in to your Beauty Face account. Open the shopping bag to confirm your selected items and enter your code in the promo/voucher code box before checkout.
Which payment methods can I use?
When shopping at Beauty Face, you can choose between three payment options – eNets (debit/credit), credit card (MasterCard/Visa) and PayPal – for your purchases.
When is the amount debited from my card?
Your card will not be debited until we have shipped your purchase.
Can I amend my order?
We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.
What happens in case of returns?
If the product purchased is unsuitable for your skin, you may arrange for an appointment with Beauty Face’s professional consultants to undergo a thorough skin assessment. After which, they will recommend a suitable product (of the same value) which can be exchanged in place of the original product you purchased. Note that there is strictly no cash refund for goods returned. The courier fee incurred for product delivery is also non-refundable.
Shipping and Delivery
How do I know my purchase is on its way?
As soon as we deliver your order, we will notify you via email on an estimated delivery date. Most orders will be delivered within 14 working days once the order has been officially processed. You will be duly notified in the event when unforeseen circumstances result in a potential delay in delivery.
Where do we deliver?
Items ordered can only be delivered to residential addresses within Singapore.
What are the delivery and handling costs when shopping online?
At Beauty Face, all delivery and handling costs are absorbed regardless of the amount of your purchase. All prices quoted are for the products alone, with no hidden costs.
What do I do if my order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date?
Please check the following before attempting to contact us with your query:
- Sign in to your account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
- Check if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery slip from the post office. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
- If you still can't find your parcel, please email us and quote your order number. We'll reply soonest and do our best to locate your parcel. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Returns and Exchange
How will I be informed that my return has been processed?
Please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to be returned and processed. If you have registered your email address with us we will send an email to confirm when you parcel has been received.
